This three-day experience blends the transformative power of coaching with the restorative essence of a retreat. Whether leading from the front or creating pathways behind the scenes, these three days will illuminate how you can emerge as a better change-maker. Through deep personal insights, somatic healing, and curated wellness experiences, you'll leave with a personalized roadmap to emerge better equipped as a woman leading with balance and authority. Below is an example itinerary.

Day 1: 10am-4pm

  • 1000-1015:Welcome & Intention Setting

  • 1015-1025:Mindfulness Activity/ Breath work

  • 1025-1045:Life Audit Exercise

  • 1100-1200:Coaching Session (Morning & Afternoon)

  • 1200-1300:Lunch (Provided)

  • 1300-1320:Reflection Time

  • 1320-1420: Coaching Session

  • 1420-1520:Wellness Experience/ Somatic Movement

  • 1520-1600:Close Out

Every itinerary includes some staple moments, but overall is personalized to your needs.

Through personalized coaching and supportive tools, you'll gain clarity, release self-doubt, build sustainable systems, and take intentional steps toward your life of leadership and softness by discovering how to embody the version of you that can sustain that.

    This is not an inclusive list. Detailed list of program inclusions are emailed after consultation. A non-refundable fee of $50 is required to reserve your consultation and is applied towards selected program and inclusions. Fee is transferrable.

Seven months too long or too short?

Everyone doesn’t require the same thing, even in coaching. At your consultation, we’ll discuss how to make the program length suit your needs and schedule. Pricing will be determined by program length, session style (virtual or in-person) and includes all program inclusions sent via email after consultation.

Coaching sessions are done remotely via a secured video conferencing platform. Travel,In-person coaching sessions are available (pricing will vary depending on location I’m traveling to, coaching days, etc). Preferred coaching session method will be discussed at our consultation.
