Who Am I
I created this space for women leaders to love themselves in the lives they’re building.
As a former leader in the military, a government executive liaison, and a creator of community programs, I’ve faced the challenges we, as women, often encounter. The pressure to excel, the weight of constant decision-making, and the loneliness that can come with leadership. I know what it’s like to carry the expectations of others while quietly battling imposter syndrome and struggling to find the support you need.
Through my own journey, I realized that I had been stuck in a cycle of overperformance and self-doubt. I gave so much to everything and everyone else, thinking that was the price of success. But in the process, I lost sight of myself.
Here’s what I learned:
Imposter syndrome thrives when we silence our inner voice.
Burnout is not a badge of honor — it’s a sign that something needs to change.
Boundaries are not barriers; they are the foundation of self-respect.
Balance is not about doing less, but about doing what truly matters.
Self-trust is the key to leading with confidence and ease.
After being laid off, I chose to create my own path—not just for myself but for the women I knew were facing these same struggles. I became the guide I wish I had, helping women in leadership reclaim their power, embrace balance, and lead courageously.
With a B.S. in Health Science, a Master’s in Public Health, and certifications in mental health, and health and wellness coaching from Georgetown University, I’ve combined my lived experiences with my professional expertise. My mission is to help you break free from imposter syndrome, overcome burnout, and navigate the complexities of leadership with clarity and confidence.
Because the most influential leaders aren’t the ones who do it all — they’re the ones who lead from a place of strength, self-trust, and unwavering self-love.
Love,
Kimia
